Upon us mentioning it being a Monday night they transferred us to a supervisor Denny who promptly took care of our request. We were told they couldn't do that because we booked online. On our way to the hotel we called to see if we could have our rooms next to each other.
We booked our hotel stay on, we have a family of 5 and my in-laws also booked a room. We were celebrating our sons 18th birthday.
